AGB - General Terms and Conditions of social-media-counter.com (as of April 2023)
Scope
social-media-counter.com, Lehrmann is a seller of social media counters for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. The company is a sole proprietorship.
Prices
All prices are shown in CHF (Swiss Francs) or Euro. As we have an annual turnover from taxable services of less than CHF 100'000, we are exempt from VAT. Therefore our prices do not include the legal value added tax of 7.7%.
Order/Delivery
The presentation of the products, typically social media counter, in the online store is not a legally binding application, but is only a non-binding online catalog. If you merely put products in the "shopping cart", this is not considered a binding order. You only place a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart when you click on the "Order" button on the order page. Thereupon, we will immediately send you a contract confirmation by e-mail, with the receipt of which the contract is concluded.
Delivery/Delivery costs
Deliveries are only possible in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The amount of shipping costs depends on the size and weight of the package. The delivery time indicated with the respective product applies. If we do not have an item in stock, a longer delivery time may occur, about which we will inform you specifically. Self-collection is possible by arrangement.
Payment
You can pay comfortably with the credit cards VISA, Master Card and Amex, in addition by bank transfer or cash payment with collection.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 3 working days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 3 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (social-media-counter.com, Lehrmann, Allmendstrasse 27, CH-8142 Uitikon, Tel.: +41 76 343 9687, e-mail address: info@social-media-counter.ch) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must return to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than within fourteen days from the date. In no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 7 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of 7 days. You shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. Compensation for possible damage or excessive wear and tear shall be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded.
For the following products we do not grant the right of withdrawal :
o Personalized items of any kind that are made to customer specifications (eg engraved, embroidered, printed items, etc...)
o Articles whose original packaging has been opened and/or damaged
Claims for damages due to incorrect images, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded. Prices are subject to change without notice. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the seller.
Security
Your credit card information is encrypted using proven SSL technology. Each transaction is authorized online with the appropriate credit card companies. Your credit card statement will show your purchases at social-media-counter.com. Your credit card number is not stored by us.
Retention of title
The delivered items remain the property of social-media-counter.com, Lehrmann, Allmendstrasse 27, 8142 Uitikon until full payment has been received.
